012 - the ipod
012 - the ipod
012 - the ipod
I think this was the first apple device I’d gotten my hands on, late 2007. It was love at first sight. In ways, it shaped my love for tech, design and music.
Buffalo soldier by Bob Marley was my favorite song at the time, I’d listen to it everyday on the way to school and back.
It was dad’s iPod. Once a day, when he’d get back from work, I’d get a chance to listen to music on something as cool as the iPod classic.
That was it, I haven’t looked elsewhere since then, I’ve always bought and stored apple devices since.
Best part, it’s over 17 years old, at it works like a charm.
The design itself is immortal, personally I don’t think a device as revolutionary as the iPod will ever exist.
