024 - Dancing with the trees

Okay, today was the weirdest. Last night we all checked the weather. 

It said - “ heat wave warning “ 

So we all stayed at home today, I was in a meeting at 3:45pm, and its around 37°, it’s pretty hot. 

At 4:10, I hear the loudest thunder I’ve ever heard, in a long time. I freak out; like anyone else would. 

I kid you not, by 4:15 pm, it felt like 6:30 pm, and it was pouring like never before. 

I went outside with my brother, stopped work for a bit and we both decided that it was now or never. 

We ran into the rain like children, got super drenched, before we knew it, it was a hailstorm, and we got hit by quite a few hailstones, yeah that hurt quite a bit. 

Also ended up eating a few hailstones , idk why but they tasted nice. 

Anyways, the trees enjoyed this the most, the heat was killing us. It felt like every living creature in the city begged the gods for rain, and it poured out of no where. 

Hopefully it rains again soon
