040 - Ceasefire

Remember my sunk cost fallacy situation, yeah about that, idk where the project’s headed tbh. 

But it seems like the full team is feeling the exact same way and we’ve chosen to take a step back and take it slow, maybe learn to have fun while building towards a future again. 

I’m not sure what it will take to build back a healthy relationship between us but I’m willing to compromise my vision and ideologies to take the next step forward. 

I don’t think it’s necessary to be at the helm of the process to be a part of it. It’s the journey that matters, and the people along the way. 

I used to like being at helm, but not at the cost of my team’s overall performance, vision and growth. 

Anyways,we’ve chosen to maintain a ceasefire for now, put the project on hold and breathe. 

It’s 3 am, but never too late for reconciliation. 

It’s been a heavy day, a longer day is in store for me tomorrow. 

For today, my thoughts will lay to rest, maybe restart tomorrow.
