043 - The Makeover Project
Okay so, through my time in India, I thought a lot about how to add more personality to my room in Dubai.
For all these years, my room’s just been a mattress on a carpet cause I despise beds, two tables and a shoe rack, not much design, super boring. I lived there but was far from thriving.
Until one day I approached my girlfriend and asked her if she’d be down to plan out my room, over a call. Spent about 4-5 hours, made a rough sketch around what we’d want where and saved it.
Now that I’m back, we’ve already kick started the project, the room will take about 5-6 months before it’s good enough but it’s a start.
Here’s the rough sketch.
