072 - this is me

Hi I’m manav, weirdly, despite writing a public journal everyday for the last 72 days, somehow introducing myself is always the hardest. I’m an athlete turned engineer turned musician turned entrepreneur ?

Basically a jack of all trades and I love it.

I’m building a sneakers collection inspired by the pre-2000s, cause I believe that generation changed the world. If you feel the same, follow along @wear.nvm

growing up my dad had the coolest shoes, as a child i couldn't really fit in them cuz yk size issues, but as i grew older, i started collecting my own sneakers. i'm broke now cause dad made me fall in love with 80s/90s music and sneakers. yep.

anyways, i love shoes, everything about them, and this is me taking a leap of faith, and building my own sneakers lline, inspired by his generation. the stories he told me growing up, taught me how to dream and how to live. so yeah, i am who i am cuz of my pops, and my abillity to fall, celebrate the fall, learn, live and grow, comes from him. i want my shoe to represent that.
