Today was fun, did a bit of everything today, spent the first half working and the second half playing with the kittens and watching rings of power.

Later in the evening, on the couch, with one of the cats sleeping on top of me, I was reading “Shoe dog” by Phil Knight - the founder of Nike. If you know me, you know I barely read, but this book is incredible.

I’m far from completing it but a few more days and I should be done.

Came across something super interesting in the book  -

“Even the Sistine Chapel. Alone under Michelangelo's ceiling, I was able to wallow in my disbelief. I read in my guidebook that Michelangelo was miserable while painting his masterpiece. His back and neck ached. Paint fell constantly into his hair and eyes.

He couldn't wait to be finished, he told

friends. If even Michelangelo didn't like his work, I thought, what hope is there for the rest of us?”
