170 - pickleball friday

Things have been busy lately, I’m going to take today for myself and play a sport. Probably Pickleball, I’ll be taking Sal with me too, it’s going to be hella fun. 

I miss swimming, I just need freaking consistent company to get back to the sport. Eh, someday, I know I want to do triathlons again, but step one was cleaning up my diet, I’m half way through that. The rest will come in its own sweet time. Rushing won’t get me anywhere.
